1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, enabling, or using the Toolscase VoxCue AI Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should remove the extension from your browser immediately.
2. Description of Service & Daily Quotas
VoxCue AI provides real-time video speech-to-text transcription, synchronized on-video subtitles, multi-language subtitle translation, and AI notes generation. Free Toolscase users receive a daily quota of transcription minutes across the Toolscase ecosystem. Toolscase PRO subscribers receive higher transcription allocations as defined in their subscription plan.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use VoxCue AI only for lawful educational, research, productivity, and personal viewing purposes. You must not use VoxCue AI to circumvent digital rights management (DRM), unlawfully record copyrighted audio in violation of local laws, or abuse backend transcription APIs through unauthorized automated scraping.
4. AI Transcription & Translation Disclaimers
VoxCue AI utilizes automated artificial intelligence speech recognition and neural machine translation. While we strive for maximum precision, acoustic conditions, background noise, accents, and specialized vocabulary may affect transcription and translation accuracy. Outputs are provided "as is" for convenience and reference.
5. Intellectual Property & Changes to Service
Toolscase retains all intellectual property rights to VoxCue AI software, design, and branding. We reserve the right to modify features, update daily quota policies, or revise these terms with notice published on toolscase.com.
