1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Toolscase LeadIntel AI Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension immediately.
2. Description of Service & Quotas
LeadIntel AI provides domain technology stack detection, contact discovery via Hunter.io API integrations, traffic rank indicators, and AI prospect scoring. Free users receive up to 5 domain scans per day across the Toolscase extension ecosystem. Toolscase PRO account holders receive higher daily scan allocations as specified in their plan.
3. Acceptable Use & Compliance
You agree to use LeadIntel AI only for lawful B2B sales research, market analysis, and recruiting prospecting. You must not use the extension to scrape data automatically at unauthorized scales, send spam, or violate applicable electronic communications privacy laws (such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM).
4. Accuracy & Third-Party Data
LeadIntel AI synthesizes data from third-party indexes (including Cloudflare Radar, Tranco, and Hunter.io). While we strive for accuracy, traffic ranks, company details, and verified email statuses are provided "as is" without implied warranty of completeness.
5. Intellectual Property & Changes
Toolscase retains all intellectual property rights to LeadIntel AI branding, algorithms, and web applications. We reserve the right to update these terms or modify extension features with notice on toolscase.com.
