What is Hostly?

Hostly is an AI web receptionist that answers website visitors about products, services, hours and prices in the website's own chat. When bookings are enabled, it can offer available times. The business also gets an internal assistant for the team. Hostly is not a WhatsApp, voice or phone agent. Plans are paid, VAT included, from 29.90 EUR per month (Counter 29.90 EUR, Reception 49.90 EUR, Hall 99.90 EUR, Headquarters 200 EUR). There is also pay-per-use: packs of 500 AI answers for 10 EUR including VAT. Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial: the card is taken at signup with nothing charged that day, and the chosen plan is charged after 7 days unless cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until day 7 at no cost. One trial per business. Bookings and payments can be enabled, with a 1% platform fee on the payment actually made.
