1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the CompareLens AI Chrome extension provided by Toolscase ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please uninstall the extension immediately.

2. Description of Service

CompareLens AI provides browser-based product data extraction, side-by-side spec matrix visualization, local shortlist management, and AI-assisted purchase decision analysis across online store listings.

3. User Responsibilities & E-Commerce Data

Product prices, stock status, ratings, and technical specifications displayed in CompareLens AI are extracted directly from third-party e-commerce store listings (such as Amazon, Daraz, eBay, AliExpress).

• CompareLens AI does not sell products directly or handle payment transactions.
• Users are responsible for verifying final prices, merchant shipping costs, warranties, and return policies on the original merchant page before completing a purchase.
• Third-party merchant listings and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

AI recommendations provided by CompareLens AI are generated automatically for informational and research convenience. They do not constitute formal financial, technical, or legal advice. Users retain sole decision-making authority over their purchases.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All extension software code, interface design, branding, and logos belong to Toolscase. Users agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the extension for unauthorized data scraping or commercial reselling.

6. Limitation of Liability

CompareLens AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Toolscase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from store price changes, product unavailability, or third-party merchant actions.
