Toolscase ApplyFlowAI ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered assistant extension (also known as ProposAI) to help freelancers, job seekers, and professionals generate AI proposals, compose cover letters, analyze client job details, and calculate ATS resume scores. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our extension.
Data We Process and Collect
To deliver personalized AI outputs, ApplyFlowAI processes the following types of information:
Authentication Information
When you sign in using Google Login, we collect your email address, profile picture, and full name. This is utilized to verify your subscription tier (PRO access) and sync configuration settings.
Resume Data
Your resume text and files are processed strictly to personalize proposals and compute ATS scores. Your resume details are saved locally in the browser's extension storage unless you explicitly choose to sync profiles across your authorized browsers.
Job Description & Context
When you scan a job post, the page text is sent to our AI endpoints to generate customized biddings or extract client details. This job data is processed ephemerally and is not permanently saved.
Privacy Integrity Promise
Your CV data and scanned job postings are never sold, rented, or leased to third-party advertising companies. They are exclusively used by the AI engine to generate your requested content.
Extension Permissions Usage
The ApplyFlowAI extension requests permissions strictly necessary to function:
storage
To locally store your resume configurations, user profile, and generated bids.
activeTab
Required to parse the active job description page when you click the "Scan Page" action.
identity
Required to complete the secure OAuth2 authentication flow via Google Cloud Identity.
downloads
Used to export your generated proposals and ATS reports into PDF files directly to your device.
AI Integration and Data Transit
We use state-of-the-art hosted AI APIs (e.g., Llama 3 models via secure API platforms) to process text. The transit of data between the extension, our server gateways, and the AI models is secured via HTTPS/TLS encryption. The AI models process data only for immediate synthesis and do not utilize your data to train public models.
